PRFM Youth is Dunedin's premier Kids & Teens fitness class. Designed & created by Head Coach Ben Thompson who brings over 15 years experience specialising in the physical development and performance of kids and teens.
PRFM Youth focus on the mastering the basics of strength from squats, lifts and press, to skill & gymnastic elements that include handstands, pull ups and rope climbs. We then add in both anaerobic and aerobic conditioning blocks to build a well rounded functional training program.

PRFM Youth is open for ages 11-17 years, we do make some exceptions for 10 years olds
These are mixed classes, Boy's & Girl's
Every child will be given a training diary to track and record their workouts
Everyone is welcome, no experience needed
